First Run/Icarus Films at the 2005 Full Frame Documentary Film Festival
We're excited to have five films at this year's Full Frame Documentary Film Festival, including three New Releases.

THE 3 ROOMS OF MELANCHOLIA, which premieres this summer at Film Forum in New York, is a multiple award winning, stunningly beautiful revelation of how the Chechen War has psychologically devastated children in Russia and in Chechnya. BRIDE KIDNAPPING IN KYRGYZSTAN - the first film about the Kyrgyz tradition of bride kidnapping - takes viewers inside families, to meet kidnapped brides who have escaped as well as those who are making homes with their new husbands. In FAMILY NAME, Macky Alston sets out to find the descendents of slaves and slaveowners who once lived together on the plantations his family owned in North Carolina, and therefore share his last name. A TOUCH OF GREATNESS profiles one of the most influential teachers in American history, Albert Cullum. Last but not least, the First Run/Icarus Films classic THE BATTLE OF CHILE, one of the greatest documentaries ever made, is also having a special screening.
