Summer 2010 Library Science intern sought (Brooklyn, New York)
Industry: Documentary Film Distribution Internship is unpaid and structured to last approximately 10 weeks. Resume and cover letter are required for application. Students should have a strong academic record and good character. The library internship will be filled with a student pursuing a Master of Library Science (MLS) degree. Students may not have graduated graduate school prior to the start of the internship and should receive course credit for the internship. Responsibilities includes: Work on the classification of our film collection comprised of award-winning documentaries for the educational market. Selection and application of controlled vocabularies/key words for indexing and subject headings.
Qualifications:
