On Friday, February 15, at 12:40, filmmaker Susan Vogel will appear on WNYC's Leonard Lopate Show with artist El Anatsui. Vogel profiled the artist in the Icarus-distributed film Fold Crumple Crush (and the related Anatsui at Work series). Vogel is also the author of the recent book El Anatsui: Art and Life.

Anatsui's work is currently on view at two locations in New York: at the Brooklyn Museum in the exhibition Gravity and Grace: Monumental Works by El Anatsui, and from the High Line, in the Broken Bridge II installation, commissioned by High Line Art.
